Content and activities

The website presents volleyball content, online training programmes, experiences, mentorship and ways to contact R17.

Each training programme has its own objectives. Please consult the corresponding offer for content, included materials, access period, completion requirements, certificate, price and payment terms.

Learning and application also depend on practice and individual circumstances. Participation does not promise professional recruitment, a specific sporting result or a professional qualification that has not been expressly offered.

Purchasing training programmes

Purchase buttons lead to the Hotmart checkout. Before completing your purchase, check the product, total price, instalments and any charges, order details and the terms shown.

Access is provided following confirmation and in accordance with the terms of the purchased offer. The access period should not be confused with lifetime access. Payment or access difficulties can be referred to the support channel.

Using a payment or lesson platform does not remove R17’s responsibilities for the offer and service for which it is responsible.

Mentorship application

Submitting an application starts the application review. It does not, by itself, confirm participation, a final reservation or payment.

The edition’s conditions — city, date, venue, participation criteria, cost and applicable rules — must be provided before contracting. An application by a minor requires the involvement of their parent or guardian in the process defined by the organisers.

Materials submitted for assessment do not automatically authorise their use in advertising.

Specific conditions for cancellation, changes of date or venue and any inability to hold the event must be presented when contracting, preserving the participant’s rights.

Book purchase, dedication and delivery

The printed book Levantando a Vida is available to purchase through the offer button, which leads to R17’s payment page with the Hotmart checkout. There is also a link to open payment directly on Hotmart. Other items marked “Coming soon” are not available to purchase.

Before paying, check the product, total price, shipping cost, payment options and delivery time shown for your address at checkout. Do not complete the purchase if any necessary condition is missing or inconsistent; contact suporte@ricardinhovolei.com. Opening the checkout does not confirm the purchase: processing depends on payment approval.

The website offer includes an exclusive dedication from Ricardinho. Where information is needed to personalise it, it will be handled through the order process or support. We do not promise wording, a format or a personalisation timeframe different from what is stated in the offer. The dedication does not imply authorisation to use your image or subscription to advertising.

Provide accurate contact and delivery details. If you notice an error after purchasing, notify the team as soon as possible to check whether it can be corrected, taking into account the preparation and shipping stage. These Terms do not establish a fixed delivery time or free shipping: the conditions provided before contracting apply.

In the event of delay, non-delivery, damage, an incorrect item or a defect, contact suporte@ricardinhovolei.com with the order reference and details of what happened. The team will provide guidance on a solution and, where necessary, a return, without excluding the options and rights provided by applicable law.

Using Hotmart does not remove R17’s responsibilities for the offer, the promised dedication and the support for which it is responsible. These Terms do not treat the presence of a dedication as an automatic waiver of the right of withdrawal or other consumer rights.

Cancellation and support

For distance contracts covered by the right of withdrawal, the consumer has seven days from signing or receipt of the product or service, as applicable. Additional guarantees advertised in the offer must also be honoured. Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, articles 49 and 50.

To request support or cancellation, write to suporte@ricardinhovolei.com, providing your name, the email address used for the purchase and the order reference. Do not send your password or full card details.

Where the purchasing platform provides a support or cancellation option, it may also be used. R17 remains available through the stated channel to guide the request, without excluding rights provided by law.

Use of materials and the website

Use accurate information in forms and do not impersonate another person. Do not attempt to access data or areas without authorisation, interfere with the service’s security or distribute malicious content.

Brands, lessons, videos, images and materials made available by R17 or their rights holders are protected. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership or authorise resale or public redistribution, except where expressly permitted or allowed by law.

Privacy and updates

Data processing and the use of browsing technologies are described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Merely visiting the website should not be interpreted as general consent to advertising.

Updates to the terms must state the date of the new version and must not remove guaranteed rights or previously agreed conditions. These terms do not limit access to consumer protection bodies or the courts.
